We're Vlad and Julia Kraynov — a family-owned concierge house management business serving Florida's Gulf Coast.

Our philosophy is simple: do what you love, and do it exceptionally well. I spent years building and running systems-driven IT businesses, and over time I realized something unexpected: I genuinely love managing a home — keeping it clean, organized, maintained, and always ready.
